"⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an overall good and satisfactory experience at Nando’s Bourke Place. The food was fresh and served in a reasonable time, but what really stood out was the customer service. The staff here were noticeably friendlier and more attentive compared to other Nando’s stores I’ve visited. That extra effort in service made the dining experience much more enjoyable. Definitely one of the better Nando’s locations in the city."

"Was curious why this Nando's was so highly rated compared to others. Right now it's hidden behind some scaffolding as the building it's in appears to be getting renovated, but don't let that scare you off! Service was friendly and fast, with attentive staff and food prepared very quickly and fresh. Wrap was perfectly filled and pita pocket was nicely toasted as well. Easily one of the best Nando's we went to, and it was very quiet lunch on Saturday probably due to reno work. Great value and we will be back!"

The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and the vibe was just right — upbeat music, cozy lighting, and that unmistakable smell of PERi-PERi goodness. I ordered the half chicken with medium spice (the perfect balance of heat and flavor), and it was cooked perfectly — juicy inside, with that signature smoky char on the outside. The sides were just as good — the spicy rice and peri fries hit the spot. What I love most about Nando’s is that it never feels like “fast food” — it’s fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something tasty but still feel like I’ve eaten a proper meal. Highly recommend — 10/10 for food, service, and that peri-peri magic"

"Great taste, good quality Chicken. Nandos is famous for their Peri-Peri Sauce and it was awesome. On top of that, the staff person showed Halal certificate (which the restaurant should've displayed), that was just the assurity I wanted to come back again. I just want them to provide complementary water, otherwise it is a great spot."

Whole peri peri chicken + 2 large sides + 2 naughty natas ($43.70) ORDERED: Whole peri peri chicken chicken (mild ) + 2 large sides (peri peri chips, garden salad) ($37.95) REVIEW: Dining in at Nando's in Bourke Place was an excellent choice. We got to pick our own dining spot and then the male waiter came by and offered to walk us through the menu. At a fast food chain?! 5/5 service. Incredible experience. You get the best value by going for a shared meal at Nandos. The chicken was thick and juicy. Very satisfied with the chicken. The complementary sauce jar were PACKED and stacked by the wall. Incredibly important because I like my additional spice, on top of the chicken being flavourfully marinated in the spice of our choosing. I would've appreciated if the chips were a bit crispier . Once prompted, the staff can bring tap water out as well when you're dining in!"

"A classic favorite for me! The chicken is always grilled to perfection, it’s still perfectly juicy on the inside but you do get those grilled crusts that are rich in flavour. We also like the chips and the perinaise dipping!"
